Michele's Bio

My name is Michele and I embarked on my jewelry making career three years ago after returning from my wedding on Hawaii. My first site was Jewels By Michele and I still love making that jewelry. It includes lots of different materials from Swarovski crystals and pearls to crackle glass and miracle beads. My next endeavour was Beach Bride Jewelry, which I started last year and has become wildly popular (including a shoot for the WE TV network - look for me in February 08!). This was a huge step up for me in terms of quality of materials and complexity of designs. Funny thing about complexity though, sometimes you want to get back to the basics and that's when Adventure Jewels was born.

I love this jewelry. The gems I've chosen, and will continue to seek out, are top quality. The designs are very simple, mostly symmetrical designs to really let nature speak for itself.

The name of this site was dreamed up by my husband. I was already thinking about a site with beautiful gemstones from nature, and he suggested I take what I know (having fun and exploring the earth) and apply it to jewelry. Thus, Adventure Jewels was born. I hope you enjoy looking around and if I can ever answer any questions, please let me know!
