Processing Times
Please allow 10 days for your new jewelry to be created and shipped. You can request rush service, and we will do our best to complete your order within 5 days. Make your request at checkout.

Shipping
I offer shipping through the US Postal Service. First class is available for $3, Priority is available for $5, and Express is available for $17. You may choose your preferred method while checking out.

International Shipping
At this time I only ship to the United States. That's because US Customs Laws prohibit selling many of our gemstone products outisde the US. There are some exceptions, and if you'd like to inquire about what can be shipped to your country, please feel free to inquire.

Payment Info
All major credit cards are accepted, as well as paypal, personal checks and money orders. Your order is processed within 10 days of payment clearing, so if you pay by the latter two expect a delay in your order. All returned checks are subject to fee and may be presented electronically for payment.

Returns
If you aren't thrilled with your new jewelry, you may return it within 7 days from the date of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping. Returns after this timeframe are subject to a restocking fee and will be issued a merchandise credit. All returns must be in new, unworn condition with all shipping materials included. Please email me to make a return.

Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your purchase carefully upon receipt and if you find a defect, please contact me so that I can replace or repair the piece. I will gladly pay for shipping to fix any problems.

Privacy
I have a strict privacy policy - at no time will I share your information with anyone. Period.
